Returns Policy & Refunds

OVERVIEW

NOTE: Orders received after Noon EST – ship next day.

Return Requirements

  • Items ordered from the official Mendorworks.com website may be returned.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the original ship date.

  • Items must be unworn, and any items altered or damaged may not be returned.

 

Please note that if a return does not meet the requirements listed above, we have the right to refuse the return.

Please note that all return costs are at the customer's responsibility.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns

 

Eligible Returns Will Be Refunded to The Original Form of Payment Used When the Order Was Placed.

 

When we process your return, points earned on all returned items will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed points on an order that was subsequently returned, you will be refunded what you paid, and the redeemed points will be added back to your account.

 

Exchange

 

Mendorworks Does Not offer direct exchanges for previous orders.
If you would like to exchange your item, simply process a regular return on the original order and place A new order for the Item you wish to purchase.

 

Additional Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days, after inspection is completed.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Mendorworks@gmail.com.

 

Sale Items

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. As all Sale items are Final.

 

Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
